1.) Check Your Date and Time

Be sure that your Phone’s date and time is correct.This can also be a reason for this error.
  1. Navigate To Settings and then go to Date & Time.
  2. Turn on option automatic date and time .
If still Your problem is not solved,Try another Method…

2.) Try Wipe cache partition

If your  phone is not working correctly, you may need to clear the cache partition. 

To wipe the cache partition, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off your device.
  2. Now Press and hold the following buttons at the same time:
  3. Volume Up key + Power key
  4. After this Android System Recovery screen appears.
  5. Now Press the Volume Down key to highlight ‘wipe cache partition and then Press the Power key to select and wipe the cache.
  6. Now Press the Power key to restart the device.

NOTE: wiping  cache partition will not delete your personal data.

3.)Clear Cache of Google Play Store:

This step works for many users.  Just follow the simple steps below:
1. First, Go to settings.
2.Now Open “Apps” and then go to All Apps
3. Now search  for Google Play Store and open it.
4. Now press Clear Data button.Done
4.)Remove & add Google Accounts
Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go settings > Accounts>all
  2. Now you will see all accounts,select Google and remove your google account.
  3. Now again add your google account and login.

5.)Move APPS TO SDCARD.

You are getting this error because Android does not automatically move apps to the SD card, it means that  you have to  do manually to move apps to sd card.
Follow Below Steps To Do:

Go to settings -> storage -> applications 

Then go from app to app clicking the “Move To SD Card” button. Not all apps allow this, but many do.

6.)FACTORY RESET 

Just follow below steps: Go to Settings > Backup & Reset. Now Select factory data reset.

  1. This is all good except that I don't see the "All" when I go Settings/Applications and I don't see the play store app as well.
    I am using a Galaxy J5 with Android 6.0.1
    Can anyone help please?

  2. I am using Galaxy J5 and I have been trying so hard to get rid off this error but I can't. Even doing a factory reset didn't help. tried every thing stated in this article.

  3. None of the above prescribed methods resolved issue for my phone having OS Andriod Kitkat 4.2. Is there any other method as well for old OS version ?
